Penn Medicine Cherry Hill has a Lab Supervisor opportunity:

Position Description:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Managing the daily technical and administrative functions of their individual laboratory section(s); Ensuring compliance with institutional and laboratory policies and procedures; Evaluating and recommending technical methods based on clinical and financial parameters; Ensuring that written and approved technical procedures and documentation are maintained for each determination performed; Managing personnel, and all fiscal affairs.

Minimum Requirements:
Please apply if you possess these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field, MT (ASCP) or other equivalent certification required; advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of (4) four years clinical lab experience; additional education and or training in Management or Lab Management is desired.
A minimum of (4) four years of experience managing high volume clinical labs while meeting superior customer satisfaction expectations required.
Knowledge of and the ability to manage the general hazards encountered when working with potentially infectious materials, hazardous chemicals, radio-isotopes and laboratory equipment required.
