Position Description:

The Penn Medicine Surgical Specialists group at West Chester is looking to add a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to their practice. The APP will support the practice by seeing patients in the inpatient and ambulatory setting. They will manage inpatient post- operative rounding and hospital discharges, as well as occasional direct office-based care with follow up appointments. The APP will work collaboratively with his/her collaborating physicians in the care of the patients. The schedule will consist of five, eight hour shifts a week alternating between 8-4pm and 12-8pm with rotating weekends.

Minimum Requirements: 

Candidates must be licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and possess certification as a Physician Assistant & a Master’s degree.
