• Must be able to operate copy machine, telephones and fax machine.
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills essential. Must be able to work well under
pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level PC skills including all facets of Microsoft Office, Power Point and graphs and
the ability to effectively utilize the Internet are required.
• Must be reliable, dependable, timely, and flexible to fulfill role and understand hours/time may be adjusted to meet the
operational needs of the department.
• Must maintain high regard for strict confidentiality, professional dress, demeanor, lines of communications and consistent
professional administrative office environment.
• Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
