The OR at Pennsylvania Hospital is looking for a Full Time RN for an Overnight shift of 11pm-7am. The Operating Room at Pennsylvania Hospital is comprised of 28 operating rooms in 4 different locations throughout the Hospital allowing staff to assist in performing approximately 19,000 cases a year. The top services provided are Orthopedics, Neurology and ENT as well as other services including urology, foot and ankle, general plastics, vascular and cardiac. The OR’s are equipped with the latest surgical and video technology that enables our care teams to deliver the very best patient care. The surgeons at Pennsylvania Hospital are pioneers in their fields and among the most experienced physicians in the country. Using the latest techniques and procedures, they are able to mold the future of surgery to improve the lives of patients worldwide and provide some of the most advanced medical care available today. Our Registered Nurses provide direct care on elective, acute, and emergent levels from the time of the preoperative interview to the patient's transfer to the PACU post-operatively. Support services are provided by surgical technologists, perioperative assistants, ortho techs and medical secretaries, all of which assist the RN in delivering quality care.
