Summary: 

Operates cash register and all duties associated with being behind the counter. Prepares daily deposits. Maintains inventory and prices items, as directed by manager. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital. Stocks storeroom, stocks shelves in gift shop, checks in new merchandise as received, carries and moves merchandise (some heavy).

Education or Equivalent Experience: 

High school diploma required. Prior retail experience preferred. Demonstrated cash management skills required. Customer focused, with an ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees. Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to change. Proficiency and comfort using a computer and other technology.

Location: 800 Spruce Street - Pennsylvania Hospital
