Position Description:
The Department of Pastoral Care at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center has a Per Diem opening for a Chaplain to support the Trauma Center at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) by providing pastoral care according to an inter-faith model to patients, families, and (where appropriate) staff members at PPMC.
The chaplain shall work as part of the multidisciplinary structure at the hospital, which is coordinated through interdisciplinary documentation and team communication. Must be available to work 16 hours per week, including on-call coverage nights and weekends.

Minimum Requirements:
Please apply if you possess these qualifications:
Completion of one (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent required; graduate from a college, seminary or equivalent theological education program preferred. Master's degree preferred. Endorsement by a religious body to serve in a chaplainrole and have personal and professional qualities appropriate for serving as a spiritual counselor in hospital setting.
