Penn Presbyterian Medical Center has a Social Worker opportunity.
Position Description:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Discharge planning and contributing to the patient's treatment plan through and understanding of social, psychological and/or environmental needs related to the impact of illness and need for hospitalization. Professional activities will be carried out in accordance with the code of ethics established by the National Association of Social Workers.

Minimum Requirements:
Please apply if you possess these qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work required
0-1 years Health Care experience in field instruction and/or employment in a health care setting.
LSW preferred
