Responsibilities:
• | Supervise efforts for effective process design, development and implementation in all aspects of the EHR, dispensing software and Quality Management Systems(QMS) as it relates to IP. |
• | Coordinate and collaborate with multiple clinical and technical stakeholders to design and deliver systems which are interoperable with core systems and outside entities, as appropriate. |
• | Manage and leverage data from the EHR, IP dispensing software and QMS. This includes, but is not limited to, providing analytic support to pharmacy and research staff, partner with stakeholders to build out reporting capabilities and uses, develop dashboards to monitor and improve the clinical, operational and financial efficiencies of IDS. |
• | Focus on improving workflows through effective use of technology. |
• | .Facilitate governance as applicable. |
• | Ensure that ongoing maintenance is in compliance with policies and procedures. |
• | Serve as the liaison between the research teams, IDS and the EHR build teams to facilitate template and IP build. |
