Summary:

The Clerk III is responsible to assist with the clerical support needs of the Penn Transplant Institute. Responsibilities include: Appointment scheduling & coordination of transplant patients, via telephone & Front Desk. Additionally, mail retrieval, medical record request processing and medical record scanning as needed. 

    Responsibilities:

    Computer literacy required. Must complete all training courses designated for this position including EPIC Registration. Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service Skills including proper phone and E-mail etiquette.

      Education or Equivalent Experience:

      · High School Diploma

      · 2+ years in a healthcare setting

      · Preferred knowledge of EPIC

        · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
