  • Summary:

    • The Clinician Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to Adult Therapists at Hall Mercer community mental health center. They will be responsible for the hiring and the ongoing supervision of Adult Therapists. They will be responsible for the coordination and assignment of therapy referrals for the program. They will monitor and report on chart compliance and productivity for staff in the department. In addition, the Clinician Supervisor will maintain a caseload of therapy clients. The Clinician Supervisor will be a part of a small Adult Outpatient Management Team which makes strategic decisions for the department, including growth and expansion, team cohesion, employee well-being, clinical programming and workflow processes.

    Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and manage the outpatient Adult Therapy Department

    - Ensure chart compliance and productivity requirements

    - Manage client referrals, discharges and required chart reviews

    - Provides direct client therapy services as required

      Credentials:

      • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc (Required)

      Education or Equivalent Experience:

      • Master 's degree in Social Work or Psychology(Required)
      • At least 2 years of experience as a direct care provider/therapist and experience providing supervision
