Position Description:

Penn Internal Medicine Media is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join their team in providing exceptional care for adult patients in the ambulatory setting. The current provider group is comprised of 7 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners. In addition to Primary Care, Penn Medicine also offers Cardiology and Physical Therapy services on site. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

Minimum Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP and national certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

Physician Assistant candidates must be graduates of a Physician Assistant master’s program approved by the American Medical Association, and possess NCCPA certification and a Physician Assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Candidates must possess at least 2 years of advanced practice experience in the Primary Care setting.
