Job Summary:

  • Manages vendor tax reporting data, confirms data matches IRS records, compares data to the Office of Inspector General watch-lists, communicates issues and resolves discrepancies. Maintains and administers Accounts Payables/Purchasing Vendor Master file to ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the database. Manage BOA credit card payment process, including enrollment, set-up and reconciliations. Manages Recurring payment process. Member of Document Imaging and Optical Character Recognition verification team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Position requires a self-directed individual with organizational, communication, and mathematical skills. 
    • Individual must be able to prioritize work, multi-task, work independently and with others, and produce results. 
    • Incumbent must have ability to build internal networks with Accounts Payable Staff, end-users and others. 
    • Must have working knowledge and experience using the Lawson AP (or similar ERP) system. 

      Education/Experience:

      • High School Graduate or equivalent. 
      • Five years of Accounts Payable experience
      • Must be familiar with healthcare vendors and supplies.
      • Understanding of credit pay payment programs, W9 forms, and 1099 reporting
