This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled clinical Urologist, with strong leadership qualities, to bring their vision and energy to the development of a growing employed Urology practice.
Expertise is required in the specific area of general urology, with experience in minimally invasive surgery welcome but not required. Clinical responsibilities may include surgical and non-surgical care of patients (male and female) with general urological complaints. Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment and a passion for patient care are a must. Applicants shall have demonstrated expertise in all areas of outpatient and inpatient urology.
Princeton Medical Center has a state-of-the-art hybrid OR with 3 DaVinci Robots and is strategically focused on the development of this growing practice. The group will initially consist of the Section Head and one other employed Urologist working within a broader shared call group. As a leader, the Section Head must demonstrate the ability to influence and manage with high emotional intelligence, and possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum requirements include a medical degree, completion of an accredited general surgery residency training program and fellowship in Urology, with eligibility for licensure in New Jersey
