Position Description:

Penn Medicine at Home is very excited to be launching the Penn Primary Care at Home program and is seeking a Part-Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their growing team. The CRNP will provide Primary Care services to adult patients in the home setting. Excellent opportunity for a motivated CRNP to establish and advance this newly created role with potential leadership involvement in future!

The CRNP will report to the Clinical Coordinator for Hospice and Palliative Care for Penn Medicine at Home. Position will entail regular travel primarily in Philadelphia.

Minimum Requirements:

· Prior CRNP experience in the Primary Care setting is required

· Graduate of a NLN-approved school of nursing

· Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program with a MSN or DNP

· RN and CRNP licensure in the State of Pennsylvania

· National certification is required in area of specialty

· Must have current CPR certification
