Working for this leading academic medical center means collaboration with top clinical, technical and business professionals across all disciplines.The Senior Technician will be responsible for the delivery of superior service to the internal customer at Penn Medicine. This will be accomplished through the planning, coordination and programming of telephony platform Moves, Adds, and Changes; Installation Support, Preventative Maintenance; Standard Maintenance; Emergency Support; Network and Circuit Acceptance Testing; Escalations, and Peer Mentoring.
Aside from normal daily activities this position would also be responsible for the management of platform software patching, system backup maintenance and onsite technical assistance.
