The Infusion Center at Penn Medicine Cherry Hill is looking for a Clinical Services Associate (CSA)

Position Description:
The CSA assists in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operationaltargets. The CSA supports the department by performing clinical and administrative duties as a Medical Assistant and as a Patient Services Associate. The practice will determine, based on operational need, how much time will be spent in each capacity (MA and PSA).

Minimum Requirements:
Please apply if you possess these qualifications:
H.S. Diploma/GED required 2+ years Medical office experience, or 4 years of customer service experience. An Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or higher level equivalent) Or 7+ years experience working as an MA may be considered in lieu of MA program completion Associate's Degree Preferred MA Certification (required within 90 days of hire) American Heart Association CPR required Must successfully complete/pass EPIC schedgistration training/tests Required Skills and Abilities Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to speak, read, and, write in English Attentive to detail EMR skills Knowledge of third party billing requirements
