Position Description

Penn Family Medicine Southern Chester County is a long-standing practice located in beautiful West Grove, PA, about an hour west of Center City Philadelphia. The provider group currently consists of 4 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners who care for patients of all ages in the ambulatory setting. They are seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practitioner to join their team. The group is embedded in a multi-specialty building that also houses Penn Ob/Gyn, as well as other non-Penn specialties including Cardiology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and more. The facility also offers lab and Radiology services.

Minimum Requirements:

Nurse practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as a Family Medicine or Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner.

Physician assistant candidates must be graduates from an accredited physician assistant program. They must have certification by State Board of Professional & Occupational Affairs as a physician assistant and have, or be eligible for, a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
