Summary:
- The Program Associate is responsible for various administrative, clerical and office functions for the community, including but not limited to Senior, Minority, Monroe Outreach, and EMS programs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules, implements and moderates programs and health education lectures, health fairs, screenings, and events for assigned physicians, physician groups and practices and assigned marketing service lines in targeted assigned geographical locations in primary, secondary and tertiary service areas. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting speakers, scheduling the venue, and organizing event details. Under the direction of the Director, is responsible for scheduling and implementing health education programs at the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center located on Rt. 206 and Plainsboro. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting speakers, scheduling the venue, and organizing event details. Schedule must remain flexible to cover weekend and weeknight events. Schedules and implements USTREAM events. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting speakers, scheduling the venue, and organizing event details. Schedule must remain flexible to cover weekend and weeknight events. Schedules and implements CEU programs for EMS. Programs are scheduled at a minimum of 6 per year. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting speakers, scheduling the venue, and organizing event details. Schedule must remain flexible to cover weekend and weeknight events.
Credentials:
- 3-5 years in formal education and program planning strongly preferred.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's degree in health education or health -related field preferred
