Provides assistance to community based adults with intellectual disabilities (or dually diagnosed MH/ID) who are currently or soon to be homeless, or currently living in abusive or neglectful situations. Assesses consumers’ emergency needs and assists in obtaining housing and/or services through the intellectual disabilities system.
