Summary:

  • Provides assistance to community based adults with intellectual disabilities (or dually diagnosed MH/ID) who are currently or soon to be homeless, or currently living in abusive or neglectful situations. Assesses consumers’ emergency needs and assists in obtaining housing and/or services through the intellectual disabilities system.

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
    • 2+ years MH/MR Experience
    • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
    • At least 15 College Credits in Human Services 4+ years MH/MR Experience

    Location: Hall Mercer 245 S. 8th St - Pennsylvania Hospital
