Position Description:

Penn Family Medicine West Chester is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practitioner to join their team in providing exceptional patient care to the local community. Located only minutes from downtown West Chester and its many restaurants and shops, the practice cares for patients of all ages in the ambulatory setting. The provider group currently consists of five Physicians and two Advanced Practitioners. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

The new hire will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule including one evening per week and will participate equally in the call rotation and Saturday rotation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Nurse practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN and certification as a family nurse practitioner.
  • Physician assistant candidates must be graduates from an accredited physician assistant program. They must have certification by State Board of Professional & Occupational Affairs as a physician assistant and have, or be eligible for, a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Candidates must possess at least 2 years of advanced practice experience, preferably in a primary care setting.
