Summary:

  • The Administrative Assistant supports Penn Home Infusion Office.

Responsibilities:

  • General office support for Penn Home Infusion Therapy which includes, scanning and assigning documents, assembling education packets for patients and supporting administrative team and Penn Home Infusion Leadership.
  • Serves as a receptionist for Penn Home Infusion Therapy. Includes being the first point of contact for outside parties and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical behind-the-scenes processes.

Credentials:

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    • Associate of Arts or Science
    • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
    • Prior administrative experience preferred In order to manage the diverse set of responsibilities inherent in the position, the incumbent must show the ability to prioritize his/her responsibilities, must have strong attention to details and organizational skills, and must demonstrate solid interpersonal abilities. Computer, calculator, fax machine, scanner, copier, etc.
