Position Description: Penn Internal Medicine Wyndmoor is seeking an experienced Full-Time Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in providing exceptional patient care to adult patients in the ambulatory setting. The practice is located at 8200 Flourtown Ave. in Wyndmoor, PA in Montgomery County, only a mile from the heart of Chestnut Hill and roughly 30-minutes northwest of Center City Philadelphia. Our 3-Physician team has been part of the local community for many years and has a dedicated patient following. We utilize the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Nurse Practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and possess an MSN or DNP and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Physician Assistant candidates must be graduates from an accredited physician assistant program. They must have certification by State Board of Professional & Occupational Affairs as a physician assistant and have, or be eligible for, a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
•  Candidates must possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Primary Care setting.
