Working for this leading academic medical center means collaboration with top clinical, technical and business professionals across all disciplines.Position Description: Penn Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine is a unique medical practice that focuses on the healthcare needs of young women and men ages 12 to 35. The primary care practice offers comprehensive care with a full understanding of the physical, psychological, and developmental changes associated with the transition to adulthood. The practice currently consists of three physicians and two advanced practice providers. Support staff includes nurse triage and integrated behavioral health through Penn’s Integrated Care program. They are seeking a full-time, licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their team.
The new hire will provide office-based well care, acute care, women’s healthcare, and mental healthcare within the scope of a primary care practice to a diverse population. The ideal candidate will have experience in the diagnosis and management of eating disorder patients as well as treatment of anxiety and depression. Opportunities for teaching students can be available as part of this position.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates with prior advanced practice experience are strongly preferred. As is experience with Epic EMR.
