Penn Medicine in South New Jersey has a Medical Lab Technician position available.

Position Description:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Performing appropriately requested analysis of laboratory on all types of laboratory specimens produces and documents accurate laboratory results for diagnosis and treatment of disease
Adhering to Penn Medicines policies and procedures and conforms to all safety practices
Maintaining the required up to date documents required by various accreditation agencies
Maintaining the confidentiality of health information on all patients

Minimum Requirements:
Associates Degree in Science required
Broad knowledge of various laboratory methods and techniques, quality assurance, in addition to PC and LIS knowledge required
Medical Technology or equivalent discipline required
A minimum of 2 years hospital based laboratory experience preferred
MLT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred
