Position Description: Penn Family and Internal Medicine Bala Cynwyd is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Provider to care for patients ages 18+ in the ambulatory setting. Located on City Line Ave., just minutes from the bustling streets of Manayunk, the practice currently consists of 7 Physicians and two full time Nurse Practitioners. In addition to Primary Care, the following Penn specialties are also conveniently offered on site: Sports Medicine, Cardiology, and Cognitive Behavioral Health. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout the health system, and is CPC+ certified.

Minimum Requirements:

• Nurse practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner
• Physician assistant candidates must be graduates from an accredited physician assistant program. They must have certification by State Board of Professional & Occupational Affairs as a physician assistant and have, or be eligible for, a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
