  • Serves a subject matter expert and preceptor relative to specialty. Provides unit-specific orientation, on-going training, quality assurance, safety monitoring and compliance within specialty. Performs studies in respective specialty. Collaborates with the section supervisor to assure quality patient care.


  • Serves as a resource to staff relative to area of expertise. Responsible for unit-specific orientation, on-going training, quality assurance and safety in assigned area. Performs diagnostic procedures in specialty area; assists other technologist with complex studies as needed. Collaborates with Manager / Supervisor to ensure respective specialty area is compliant with Joint Commission, American College of Radiology, Federal and State regulatory and UMCPP standards. Assists Manager / Supervisor in the development and implement of action plans, policies and procedures.

  • Radiologic Technologist (Required)
