Department: Access Center

Location: 1500 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA

Summary:

This position is responsible for obtaining pre-certification and referrals. The employee will ensure access to integrated health
care and achieve clinically appropriate authorization to assure optimal reimbursement for the hospital for services provided.
The position will ensure financial security of Infusion services, including verification of benefits, ensuring medical necessity
coverage, order compliance, and obtaining needed precertification and referrals. The role also includes charge entry for
infusion services performed.

Education or Equivalent Experience:

H.S. Diploma/GED And 4+ years' experience holding a position of responsibility for physician billing operations and accounts receivable management.
