Summary:As part of Penn Medicine at Home, the Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects and programs coordinating data analytics and project teams, outsourced system functions, external consultants and vendors. Responsible for managing the overall project and program lifecycle from selection, project justification, budgeting process, staffing, delivery, closure, and transition to operations. Ongoing responsibilities include managing the program/project budget, development and management to the plan, coordination with departments and staff, risk assessment and mitigation, and problem resolution. Ensures the completion of programs/projects within budgets and project plans and the integration of these new systems with existing clinical, administrative and financial systems. Coordinates with departmental management in the annual planning process. Participates in the management of the day-to-day delivery of services through appropriate personnel.

• | Acts as an active and visible leader within the team, including management and mentoring of less experienced analysts. |
• | Supports maintenance and improvement of project and department specific data, analytics, and reporting infrastructure as directed by team leadership. |
• | Facilitates sharing of best practices across entities, service lines and departments. |
• | Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures |
• | Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization |
Credentials, Education, or Equivalent Experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field - and 10+ years of experience in business or healthcare
- Preferred: PMP Certification, Master's Degree, and 5+ years of experience in business or healthcare
