The Clinical Care Associates of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Ewing Township & Plainsboro, NJ seeks a Rheumatologist (Multiple Openings) to provide in-patient and out-patient clinical care to Rheumatology patients. Diagnose patients with rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren’s syndrome, scleroderma, andosteoarthritis. Perform infusion therapy and injection therapy. Perform thorough initial evaluations and develop long-term treatment plans, including taking x-rays and MRIs as needed to diagnose conditions. Serve as a consultant to other physicians regarding difficult cases that they are unable to diagnose or treat. Perform clinical research. Referring patients to other specialists when appropriate. Prescribe medications to treat rheumatic diseases and other conditions that cause inflammation in the body.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. degree or foreign equivalent. Completion of a 24 month ACGME accredited Rheumatology fellowship program. Must be board certified in Rheumatology within 3 years of becoming eligible. Must have or be eligible for NJ medical license and DEA license. Passage of USMLE 1, 2, and 3.
