*This position is in person based out of 3600 Civic Center Blvd with hybrid opportunities.

Associate Imaging Informatics Product Analyst:

The Clinical Imaging Informatics Product Team guides the selection, development, and implementation of systems for to support departments imaging operations and research enterprise. The Associate Product Analyst assists with policies, and standards for preserving data and procedures. Team members evaluate models, collaborates with clinical teams, research teams, and senior leadership to solve complex problems and create strategic-actionable plans to implement solutions into the existing infrastructure.

· Supports imaging applications

· Coordinates, creates, and maintains all documentation for assigned applications in order to establish standards for configuration and enhancements within the application.

· Develops education and delivery to internal team members, system users, and other stakeholders in the utilization of functionality within the application.

· Delivers customer service to IS clients seamlessly across the enterprise.

· Ensures safety, confidentiality, and security of all data.

· Servers as a project coordinator for imaging application.

· Servers as a product manager for imaging application.

· Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures

· Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Education/Experience:

· H.S Diploma/GED and 4+ and experience working within the Healthcare or office environment.

· Experience working in the imaging field such as a Healthcare vendor or in a hospital’s Radiology, Cardiology or IT department or relevant Radiology Clinical Experience

· Bachelor's or Associate's degree may substitute for some experience.

·  CIIP, PARCA, CompTIA A+, CAPM preferred CITI, GPC preferred

Mid:

The Clinical Imaging Informatics Product Team guides the selection, development, and implementation of systems for to support departments imaging operations and research enterprise. The Imaging informatics Product Analyst assist with establishing strategic direction, policies, and standards for preserving data and procedures. The Analyst evaluate models, collaborates with clinical and research teams, and senior leadership to solve complex problems and create strategic-actionable plans to implement solutions into the existing infrastructure.

· Supports imaging applications.

· Delivers customer service to IS clients seamlessly across the enterprise.

· Ensures safety, confidentiality and security of all data.

· Coordinates, creates and maintains all documentation for assigned applications in order to establish standards for configuration and enhancements within the application.

· Develops the education and delivery to internal team members, system users and other stakeholders in the utilization of functionality within the application.

· Develops predictive healthcare and artificial intelligence development and operations

· Servers as a project manager for imaging application projects including predictive healthcare and artificial intelligence

· Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures

· Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Education/Experience:

· H.S Diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience working within the Healthcare or office environment.

· Experience working in the imaging field such as a Healthcare vendor or in a hospital’s Radiology, Cardiology or IT department or relevant Radiology Clinical Experience

· Bachelor's or Associates degree may substitute for some experience.

·  CIIP, PARCA, CompTIA A+, CAPM preferred CITI, GPC preferred

Senior Imaging Informatics Product Analyst:

The Clinical Imaging Informatics Product Team guides the selection, development, and implementation of systems for to support departments imaging operations and research enterprise. The Senior Product Analyst helps to establish strategic direction, policies, and standards for preserving data and procedures. Team members evaluate models, collaborates with clinical and research teams, and senior leadership to solve complex problems and create strategic-actionable plans to implement solutions into the existing infrastructure.

· Helps to define a product vision and strategy

· Manages and coordinates the development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades and fixing system defects.

· Defines system requirements and develops logical data models using best practices for build and configuration, maintenance and data integrity.

· Coordinates, creates and maintains all documentation for assigned applications in order to establish standards for configuration and enhancements within the application.

· Develops the education and delivery to internal team members, system users and other stakeholders in the utilization of functionality within the application.

· Delivers customer service to clients seamlessly across system boundaries.

· Ensures safety, confidentiality and security of all data.

· Servers as a project manager for imaging application projects including predictive healthcare and artificial intelligence

· Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures

· Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Education/Experience:

· H.S Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience working within the Healthcare or office environment.
