Job Title: Information Services Coordinator
Department: Division of Community Radiology IS
Entity: CPUP
Location: Penn Medicine Radnor - 145 King of Prussia Rd
Hours: Full Time First Shift

Summary:

  • Provide end user support for software and hardware at all DCR sites including remote users & home offices. 
  • Maintain the operations and maintenance of PENN Reading System (PRS) and provide 24X7 on-site and remote supports for 40 radiologist home-read PRS workstations. 
  • Duties include network connectivity, setup, test, maintenance, Imaging and building. 
  • On-Call, Carry IS Phone for off hours support for Users, Radiologists and Teleradiologist during off hours including nights/weekends/holidays. 
  • Maintain the operations of RIS / PACS and Penn reading system.

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
