Position Description: Penn Internal Medicine Woodbury Heights is the Primary Care group imbedded in the Penn Medicine Woodbury Heights multi-specialty practice, which is a 37,500-square-foot outpatient medical building on Mantua Pike in Woodbury Heights, NJ. The Primary Care team currently consists of 2 Physicians and 6 Nurse Practitioners. They are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their team to care for patients in the ambulatory setting. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout the health system.

This beautiful facility houses the following:

· Primary Care

· Home Care and Hospice Services

· Specialty care (Ob/Gyn, Cardiology, Dermatology, Physical Therapy, Pulmonology, Surgery)

· Diagnostic services (outpatient lab, Sleep Medicine)

· Radiology services (X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, Dexascan)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner. Prior NP experience strongly preferred.
