Penn Medicine Medical Group, Penn Medicine's physician organization, is seeking a Manager of Provider Onboarding and Assimilation.
The Manager, Provider Services Onboarding & Assimilation is a strategic leader for the development, implementation, and alignment of the provider onboarding experience across PMMG. The Manager establishes the expected standards, policies and procedures for provider onboarding across the enterprise, in partnership with stakeholder groups such as: PMMG executive leadership, Chiefs, Chairs, Medical Affairs, as well as Entity leaders. The Manager serves as the subject matter expert and is accountable for onboarding activities related to practice integrations and acquisitions, as well as immigration-related activities. The Manager directly manages a team responsible for provider onboarding for identified employed providers across PMMG. Additionally, this role will serve as a consultant and advisor to the CPUP employed onboarding teams across the enterprise and as a liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and efficient onboarding experience. The Manager is accountable to report, analyze and identify opportunities around provider onboarding data, trends, and gaps in service. The Manager will use this data to drive decision-making, process improvement, and experience alignment.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare management/administration
Experience: 7+ years provider onboarding, credentialing, faculty affairs coordination, and/or process improvement
