Position Description: Penn Princeton Primary Care Cranbury –is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join their team. The Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside Dr. Ann Smelkinson to care for a diverse patient population in the ambulatory setting. The practice has been part of the local community for many years and has a dedicated patient following. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine Princeton Health.

Minimum Requirements:

· Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.

· Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) candidates must be graduates of a Physician Assistant master’s program approved by the American Medical Association, and possess NCCPA certification and a Physician Assistant license in the state of New Jersey.
