Summary:

  • Coordinates service needs of clinical laboratory section and ensures effective communication between pathology trainees, Attendings, laboratory personnel, and clinical services under the direction of the Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinates the activities of the laboratory division.Actively identifies and assists in process improvement and workflow management issue.Participates in the orientation, training, and scheduling of trainees on all services.Maintains specified laboratory documents required by various accreditation agencies.Maintains the confidentiality of health information on all patients.

Credentials:

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
    • And 1+ years Experience in medical or healthcare-related field Education Specialization: Biology, chemistry, or related field
