Full Time- Day Shift
Preparation of and accountability for, medications dispensed to patients in clinical research trials, with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Management of drug and supply inventories. Compliance with regulations, policies and study protocols. Assisting visitors, research personnel and study participants. Collaboration and cooperation with other members of the study team as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, required. Science-related field (biology, chemistry, physics, etc) preferred. Minimum 1-year relevant experience in either a pharmacy or laboratory environment. Prior research experience of some sort. Past experience as a research assistant, data coordinator or study coordinator preferred. Sterile product preparation experience either prior to hire or demonstrated ability to prepare sterile products accurately and safely during introductory period is required in order to continue.
Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) or a research-related alternative (through SOCRA or ACRP) prior to hire or obtained during the 180-day introductory period in order to continue.
