Summary:
Provide psychotherapy services for general adult patients in an outpatient or in-patient setting. Provide clinical supervision to psychotherapy trainees.
Responsibilities:
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Ph.D. Clinical Psychology (Required).
2 years post graduate experience in providing psychotherapy (Required).
Licenses, Registration, Certifications:
Clinical Psychologist, Active license to practice psychology in the Commonwealth of PA, necessary continuing education credits to maintain licensure in psychology, credentials to practice psychotherapy (Required).
PsyPact with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) OR active license to practice psychology in the state of New Jersey (Preferred).
Successfully credentialed by the University of Pennsylvania, Office of Medical Affairs, before the hire date (Required).
State of PA background clearance (PATCH report) (Required).
Fingerprinting and FBI clearance (if residing outside of the state of Pennsylvania, or if residency in PA is less than two years) (Required).
Skills & Abilities:
Experience in performing individual psychotherapy with a demographically diverse population of individuals with mental health disorders in an outpatient setting.
Ability to manage the delivery of clinical care services in an efficient and effective manner.
Treats people respectfully.
