Responsibilities:

1) Accountable for daily management of all facets of the of 340B Program at HUP, including software maintenance and optimization

2) Reconciliation and determination of 340B Retail Patient Eligibility for all UPHS Retail Pharmacies

3) Responsible to maintain 340B compliance

4) Timely and accurate completion of routine analysis

5) Participate in routine 340B Auditing at HUP sites

6) Daily monitoring of inventory management & purchasing patterns at HUP

7) Accounting support and reconciliation of the HUP Ambulatory Pharmacy Program as assigned. Monitor Results and provide recommendations of areas of concern.

8) Responsible for management and completion of special projects as assigned

9) Providing financial support to Senior Business Analyst, Business Manager, Director of Business Operations; CAO, CFO and entity leadership


Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. MBA or MS is a plus
