Summary:
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer – PMMG with a dyad partnership to the Regional Practices Executive Director & Vice President, the Associate Chief Human Resources Officer (ACHRO) Regional Practices will manage a team of (4) four individuals, will oversee all of Regional Practices’ human resources functions and will leverage Penn Medicine's shared human resources services, such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and organizational and leadership development programs.
The ACHRO will guide and lead employee relations, the recruitment efforts, the various workforce development initiatives to serve over 2,500 employees, including over 550 physicians, across more than 150 locations. The ACHRO will need to be an effective communicator and be visible and available to employees, managers, and providers to address a myriad of issues. In addition, the ACHRO acts as an advisor to the Executive Director & Vice President and resource to Regional Practices Leadership team on operational and strategic human resources matters, such as succession planning and flexibility around staffing models.
