Our Home Health Care is hiring experienced Nurses to join our Penn Medicine at Home Cavalry Team, a new innovative care model of treating acutely ill patients in the comfort of their own home. The Cavalry Team is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to deliver urgent care that prevents unnecessary emergency room use and hospital admission. The Cavalry RN works under the direction of the Cavalry Medical Director. We have full-time and part-time positions available! What to expect in this role:
·Full-time (3 X 12 shifts = 36 hours/week) OR part-time (2 x 12 shifts = 24 hours/week)
·At home visits, providing care to patients in the comfort of their own surroundings

Qualifications for Nursing role:
· BSN from an accredited nursing school preferred with a minimum of 15 months nursing experience, preferably within an acute care setting or home health care environmentOR Associate’s Degree/Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing school accepted, but will need a minimum of 3+ years nursing experience, preferably within an acute care setting or home health care environment
·Prior emergency room or urgent care experience preferred
·Valid RN licensure for Pennsylvania
·Valid Driver’s License
·Auto Insurance
·BLS/CPR through AHA
·Covid Vaccine is mandatory

Penn Medicine will provide all necessary healthcare items for caring for these patients. Nurses in this role will help support patients in various locations of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Personal transportation will be required with mileage being paid.
