As a Senior Recruiter, you will use your deep recruiting knowledge, sourcing skills and labor market expertise to recruit clinical and non-clinical professionals for Philadelphia’s top Level 1 Trauma Center. You will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to build strong relationships and ensure a timely and seamless hiring process so that we are bringing in the right talent to serve our primary client – our patients. You will also contribute to projects, participate in task teams, problem solve and share ideas and knowledge in a team-centric, collaborative environment that values you as an individual. This opportunity is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence required for career events and team meetings.
