Summary:

  • The Senior Fellow will be responsible for driving 1-2 projects in the Transformation portfolio (e.g. preventive care, burden reduction, clinical growth opportunities, corporate social responsibility) engaging with stakeholders, supporting analytics, scaling successful pilots, and disseminating results.The Penn Medicine Center for Healthcare Transformation and Innovation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Health Care Transformation Fellow to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, leading innovative projects, and fostering a culture of excellence in transformation across the healthcare system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and operational efficiency within a leading academic medical center.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for major transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Penn Medicine’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects aimed at improving healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to healthcare challenges, leveraging technology, data analytics, and evidence-based practices.

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    • Master of Arts or Science Healthcare management, public health, health care delivery science or a related field (Required)
    • And 2+ years Experience in healthcare transformation, innovation, public health, or related fields
