Working for this leading academic medical center means collaboration with top clinical, technical and business professionals across all disciplines.The Clinical Care Associates of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Hospitalist (multiple openings) to provide inpatient care to hospitalized general medicine and hematology/oncology patients, including admission, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, and internal medicine consultation. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to enhance patient care and improve patient outcomes. Participate in committee assignments and other reasonable duties and responsibilities, including performance review activities, quality improvement activities, etc. Complete the medical record for patients, as well as billing and supporting documentation, in a timely manner. Instruct, advise, and train medical students, residents and fellows.
Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) (or foreign equivalent) degree; Completion of 36-month ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine; Passage of USMLE 1, 2, and 3; PA medical license/eligibility; and DEA license/eligibility.
