Looking for a FT EAP Clinician

Location: Onsite at 3 separate Septa locations

Schedule: Hybrid


Summary:

  • Monitor and answer queue calls and perform assessment using evidence based clinical tools to determine appropriate level of care. Deliver counseling to clients face to face or via telehealth, up to 8 sessions. Monitor and respond to calls after hours and on weekends for one week, every 4-6 weeks. Assessment of safety risk, intervention and resourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone triage of clients using evidence based clinical tools
  • EAP Counseling: up to 8 sessions, face to face and via telehealth
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, for clinical assessment purposes and services delivery
  • Knowledge of clinical delivery systems including Brief Intervention, CBT, Behavioral Activation, and Crisis Intervention
  • Organize and maintain clinical documentation (protected health information) in an electronic database
  • Monitor and respond after-business-hours and weekends’ calls
  • Telephonic assessment of safety risk, intervention and resourcing

Credentials:

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in the Commonwealth of PA (Required)
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in the State of NJ or other (Preferred)

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Master's Degree Social Work or Counseling (Required)
  • 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience
