Summary:
The Executive Director of CPUP is responsible for overseeing the clinical and research operations of the University of Pennsylvania faculty practice plan, consisting of 19 clinical Departments with approximately 1,900 faculty members, 3,900 staff, a $460M research portfolio, and annual total operating revenues of $1.1B. Accountabilities include strategic, operational and financial oversight for 250+ practice sites (80% of which are provider-based), Penn Medicine at Radnor, Penn Medicine at Cherry Hill and the Penn Access Center.
