Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse is seeking an Assistant Executive Hospital Director, Support Services, to join the team:

Summary:

  • The Assistant Hospital Director is responsible for the site management at Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse.  This position will coordinate all on-site support services for the tenants and clinical operations of the main facility, Tuttleman Building, and surrounding properties.  This includes serving as the safety officer for the aforementioned sites.  The incumbent coordinates with HUP and PAH managers and directors in performing their duties.  Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that buildings are in compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.  This role will be the single point of contact for all facility issues.

    Physical Plant

    Security

    Environmental Services

    Food Services

    Materials Management

    Emergency Management

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration (Required)
  • Advanced degree (Preferred)
  • 5-7 years of hospital operations experience (Preferred)
