Summary:

The Department of the Physical Plant at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking Plasterer to join their team:

    Responsibilities:

    • Wall and ceiling taping and plastering throughout the hospital
    • Must be skilled at skim coating and applying plaster with minimal sanding to reduce dust
    • Concrete work
    • Ceramic floor tile repairs and installation
    • Ties indoor frames to masonry walls and assists with installation of access panels
    • Fire patch penetrations in walls and floors

      Education or Equivalent Experience:

      • High School Diploma (Required)
      • Technical School in various plastering finishing methods (Preferred)
      • OR 
      • 3 years of experience working with a bonafide contractor as a plasterer journeyman (Preferred)
      • 3 years of experience working in a healthcare facility (Preferred)
