Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join their high-volume practice in Lancaster PA due to growth. Our rheumatology practice offers diagnosis, treatment and management of all arthritis and rheumatologic diseases for adults ages 18 and over. The practice is compiled of six physicians and one physician assistant who are specialists in rheumatology. Our providers currently practice at the main office in Lancaster, PA, and offer convenience for patients at three other specialty locations in Lancaster County. The practice collaborates as a team in conjunction with Lancaster General Hospital’s medical infusion center and the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute infusion center, as well as the Osteoporosis Testing Facility. The LGHP Arthritis & Rheumatology providers work a typical outpatient Monday through Friday schedule, with an on-call schedule of one out of every seven weeks.
Rheumatology consultation service is offered by our physicians at Lancaster General Hospital during the on-call week. As a member of this team, our rheumatologists have the chance to collaborate closely with other Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health physicians to develop personalized treatment/chronic care management to improve the lives of patients with rheumatic diseases.
