The Department of Respiratory Therapy at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist
Position Description:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Managing, delivering and assessing specialized respiratory care, under a physician’s order Duties are performed throughout the patient care areas of the PPMC campus Significant bedside interaction with patients and assisting with patient mobility
Minimum Requirements:
Please apply if you possess these qualifications: A graduate of, or hold a certificate of completion from a JRCRTE accredited two year program in Respiratory Care required
Active PA Respiratory Care Practitioner license required Active NBRC RRT credential required
Current BCLS certification required
ACLS preferred Ability to utilize a computer and adjunct equipment for clinical documentation required
Two + years experience in Respiratory Care preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care or related major preferred
