Description:
The Project Manager will manage and support the Heart Safe Motherhood (HSM) postpartum hypertension monitoring program As a candidate for this position, you will guide the scaling of HSM throughout Penn Medicine and to outside health systems. You will be responsible for working alongside clinicians to help grow and further develop and scale the Heart Safe Motherhood program. This position requires a high degree of engagement and resourcefulness as well as outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Penn Medicine
- Continue to technically support HSM throughout Penn Medicine -specifically, optimization of platform in collaboration with WTH
- Maintain alignment of HSM with department priorities; align with other innovation programs
- Maintain patient facing materials and HSM website
- Manage new HSM builds in conjunction with Way to Health team
- Update Advisory Board on a quarterly basis
Beyond Penn Medicine
- Cultivate relationships with clinicians and administrators outside of Penn Medicine to promote HSM
- Respond to inquiries from outside hospitals interested in implementing HSM in their Labor and Delivery units
- Actively work on engaging potential systems/ hospitals that may be interested in implementing HSM; this may include proactive attendance at conferences/symposia /other outlets that would allow for more active marketing of the HSM program to increase number of systems/hospitals implementing HSM.
- Manage new HSM builds in conjunction with Way to Health team
Supporting Scale
- Create presentations for diverse audiences
- Assist in writing and editing manuscripts for publication related to HSM
- Work with billing department to standardize billing and reimbursement of HSM.
- Develop and execute a strategy for sustained scaling of the program with the co-founders of HSM
- Manage HSM project grants and research collaborations (i.e. IBX)
